He is the pioneer of ART program in the region. He established the 1st IVF Center of Pakistan in 1984 after getting training from Monash University Melbourne. He has got the singular honor of being invited as an examiner by RCOG, London, UK (1985). He is a member of National Maternal Mortality Committee. He is Director of Pakistan PIEGO Program, 1974 onwards. He was inspector of Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. (Have Inspected most of the Medical College in Pakistan on behalf of P.M.D.C). Examiner for F.C.P.S from 1976 to 2006. He was Elected Member of FIGO Executive Board, London. He was Project Director, Safe Motherhood Project (Kasur Distt). He was the founder president of SAFOG. He is past president of SOGP. He delivered the 1st “Test Tube Baby” of Pakistan on 6th July 1989.
